Description : This action-packed comedy follows Joe Bill "Rack" Racklin, a rogue Oklahoma deputy sheriff, who has just watched yet another girlfriend pack up and drive out of his life. As fate would have it, his old flame, Annie, returns home from the big city. Rack and Annie's reunion is abruptly interrupted when she is kidnapped and held for ransom by the drug lord brother of a recently arrested inmate, Tito. Tito must be brought to Juarez, Mexico in exchange for Annie's life and despite the Sheriff's demand that Rack not get involved, Rack takes the law into his own hands. Taking a raucous road trip across state lines to rescue the love of his life, it's a race against time as the Sheriff desperately tries to track them down before the Feds' arrival to pick-up Tito in Oklahoma City.
