How does DVD rental from DVDLink.ca work?
With DVDLink.ca, you choose to rent as many DVDs as you like for one flat monthly fee with our unlimited packages. You can keep your DVDs as long as you like: there are never any due dates or late fees - ever.
Sign up online, and choose which films you'd like to watch from our massive library of films. We'll send you films via the post, and depending on your membership level, you can have 1 or 2 films out at any one time. You can keep them for as long as you want, and when you've finished, return them to us in the pre-paid envelope. When we get them back, we post you your next available title.
Tell me about the free trial
We want to give you the chance to try DVDLink.ca, so new customers are eligible for a 14-day trial, absolutely free. If you decide DVDLink.ca is not for you, all you have to do is cancel your membership via the website and return all DVDs before the end of the trial period, and you won't be charged anything.
If you are enjoying DVDLink.ca, you don't have to do anything more. At the end of your 14-day free trial period you will automatically become a full DVDLink.ca member.
Why do I have to supply my payment details?
We require valid payment details for every subscriber to verify your identity and to ensure us against theft or fraud. You will not be charged during your free trial. Until you become a full member of DVDLink.ca, no money will be deducted from your credit card or charged to your bank account. We'd also like to reassure you at this point that our site is completely secure (we use SSL technology) so there's no need to worry about giving us your details.
Is there a minimum contract?
With DVDLink.ca there is no minimum contract. There are no cancellation fees and no commitments.
